The Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene on Friday, October 10, 2025, in the Sigma Theta Tau Building, 550 W. North Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, as follows:


8:30 a.m. Academic and Student Affairs
8:40 a.m. Audit and Enterprise Risk
8:50 a.m. Compensation, Human Resources and Governance*
9:00 a.m. Finance Committee*
9:10 a.m. Physical Facilities Committee*
9:20 a.m. Stated Meeting*
 

*Time is approximate; meeting will begin at the conclusion of the preceding meeting.

If necessary, members of the Board may participate by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.

 

Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
